 At John Ashley Tees we want to make sure all exchanges and returns go smoothly as possible with our customers.

NOTE: Before proceeding with exchange/return request please make sure to read our EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY carefully.

Please follow the following instructions for requesting an exchange or return and fill out form below.

NOTE: Our exchange and return policy are valid for 30 days after you receive your order. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a return or exchange. Do not attempt to send back items if you will miss this window.

EXCHANGES/REFUNDS

This is for a customer who received the wrong size or color or designs or wrong item(s) all together. This also includes whether a customer received a damaged item or items. Please fill out form correctly. 

  •        First & Last Name
  •        Include your order #number
  •        Include the date you ordered your item(s)
  •        Clear photos of damage to item(s)
  •        Clear photos of wrong size sent, and the correct size ordered
  •        Clear photos of wrong color or design sent, with the correct color/design ordered
  •        Clear photos of wrong item sent, with the correct item ordered
  •        A short summary of what is wrong with the item(s) received, including the wrong size, color, design or wrong item(s) received. Please also include if you want us to replace item(s) or receive a refund
