Exchanges/Refund Request

EXCHANGE/RETURN REQUEST

 At John Ashley Tees we want to make sure all exchanges and returns go smoothly as possible with our customers.

NOTE: Before proceeding with exchange/return request please make sure to read our EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY carefully.

Please follow the following instructions for requesting an exchange or return. Please send all emails for exchanges and returns to returns@johnashleytees.com. Make sure to include all the information below based on exchanges or returns. Please title your email with following title: exchange or return for (Your Name) (Order Number).

NOTE: Our exchange and return policy are valid for 30 days after you receive your order. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a return or exchange. Do not attempt to send back items if you will miss this window.

 

EXCHANGES

Please provide the following information:

  •        First & Last Name
  •        Please use the email address you used for your order
  •        Include your order #number
  •        Include the date you ordered your item(s)
  •        Clear photos of received item(s), photos should include size, color, design
  •        A short summary of exchange request details, including new size wanted/needed and why customer needs an exchange.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

This is for a customer who received the wrong size or color or designs or wrong item(s) all together. This also includes whether a customer received a damaged item or items. Please follow the instructions below.

  •        First & Last Name
  •        Please use the email address you used for your order
  •        Include your order #number
  •        Include the date you ordered your item(s)
  •        Clear photos of damage to item(s)
  •        Clear photos of wrong size sent, and the correct size ordered
  •        Clear photos of wrong color or design sent, with the correct color/design ordered
  •        Clear photos of wrong item sent, with the correct item ordered
  •        A short summary of what is wrong with the item(s) received, including the wrong size, color, design or wrong item(s) received. Please also include if you want us to replace item(s) or receive a refund
